101 California is pleased to offer the following amenities to tenants:
Fitness Center
A fitness center exclusively for tenants at 101 California located on Lower Level Two (LL2) with no fee to use. Equipped with a full suite of cardio and strength training equipment including Peloton bikes, FreeMotion cable cross machines and treadmills with the iFit platform for interactive fitness, Gym Rax bays with instructor based workouts through the Xponential+ platform, full weight racks, and various other fitness amenities.
Fitness Center hours: Open 5am-8pm Monday - Friday and 8am-2pm Saturday, Closed Sunday and Holidays
For tenant access to the fitness center, please fill out this online waiver and access will be added to your building access profile. Allow one business day for badge access after completion of waiver.
Showers / Locker Room
Renovated locker rooms with showers are private for tenant access card holders. Locker rooms feature luxury fixtures and finishes, with high-end products in all showers. Day use key pad entry lockers are ideal for bicycle commuters, tenants exercising during the day, or those needing to freshen up before an evening out.
The Clubhouse
Available exclusively to 101 California tenants and located on the second level overlooking the Lobby, the Clubhouse offers a relaxed getaway. Tenants may access the Clubhouse by using access credentials at either the staircase turnstile or elevator within the Cafe space.
Open to all tenants during the Cafe's operating hours and available to reserve for private functions after 4pm, Monday-Friday.
The Boardroom
Located off of the Clubhouse space, the 12 seat Boardroom is available by reservation. Tenants may reserve the Boardroom for meetings Monday through Friday during business hours. Tenants may make reservations by emailing 101California@hines.com.

PABU
A modern Izakaya and sushi bar offering authentic, high caliber Japanese cuisine and contemporary takes on traditional Japanese dining with a curated bar program of Japanese whiskies, handcrafted cocktails, sake, and beers and boutique wines from around the world.
Avotoasty
A bright and airy walk-in eatery that serves espresso drinks, smoothies, acai bowls, and multiple avocado toast variations. Catering options are available.

Garage Hours: 5am-8pm M-F for transient parkers, Monthly Parkers may enter and exit at any time

Monthly Parking: $460.00 per month with contract
30 Minutes or under: $7.00
Hourly: $14.00 per hour
Daily: $40.00 maximum
Commuter Special (Enter before 7am, Exit by 4pm): $25.00 maximum

Electric Car Charging Stations
Twenty-two parking stalls are dedicated to EV parkers on a first come, first served basis. Standard charging and parking rates apply. Parking Garage attendants are available for assistance M-F 5am-8pm.
Secure Bicycle Parking
A state-of-the-art secure parking enclosure accommodates a large variety of bicycle sizes and types. A repair station and bicycle pump are provided for your convenience. Secure bicycle parking provides easy access to showers and building elevators.

Bike Share Program
Conveniently located adjacent to the 101 California Garage Office, HandleBikes bike share is available to all 101 California tenants. All trips from 101 California are free. Download the HandleBikes app or visit HandleBikes website (www.handlebikes.com) for membership access.

Security
101 California security staff is on the premises twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. To call the Security Console directly use the following number: 415.393.4504.
Visitor Check-In
All visitors to the 101 California Building must be entered into the Visitor Request System and/or check-in at the Security Console in the Main Lobby. Tenants are encouraged to let the security staff know that guests are expected ahead of time, preferably through the Visitor Request System by authorized users or giving a list of visitors to the Security Console printed on company letterhead.

Tenant post boxes are located in the Mail Room off the corridor in Lower Level Two. Outgoing mail pick up from boxes located in the Garage elevator lobby on Lower Level 2 at 11:00 a.m., 2:45 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

Federal Express, UPS, and GSO/GLS drop-boxes are located in Lower Level 2 corridor on way to tenant mailboxes. See individual boxes for supplies, pick-up and discount information.

Transfer point and in-house delivery/pick-up for local courier parcels and food delivery. Open 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.

SATELLITE TELEVISION SERVICE
Satellite television service is available in 101 California through DirecTV and Comcast. There are initial costs to install and a monthly charge for each location. Please call the Building Management Office for more information at 415.398.8655.
Umbrellas
101 California umbrellas are available for loan at the Security Console in the Main Lobby. You may borrow an umbrella by turning in a photo ID.
e-Waste Recycling Pick-Up & Drop Boxes
101 California partners with GreenCitizen (www.greencitizen.com) for free suite-to-suite pick-up of electronic waste items the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.
GreenCitizen also picks up smaller e-waste items from e-recycling drop boxes on Lower Level Two (LL2) near the mail room.
Recycle for Change - Textile & Household Goods Donations
101 California has partnered with Recycle for Change (www.recycleforchange.org), a nonprofit organization, to provide a free and convenient way for tenants to recycle surplus clothing and other small household items which are donated to support volunteers who take part in sustainable development work in Africa, Central and South America.
The Recycle for Change drop box is located on Lower Level Two (LL2) near the e-waste drop boxes in the mail room.
